La Ponce D’Hiver Recipe

Ingredients 

• 1 Ponce D’Hiver sachet
• 1 cup of boiling water
• Optional: 30 ml (1 oz) of boreal, juniper, or balm fir-flavoured gin

Preparation

Pour the boiling water and the gin of your choice (omit the gin for the alcohol-free version) into a mug, and then add the tea bag. Let it infuse for a few minutes and enjoy!
