Shipping charges
Delivery charges will be added to the total amount of your purchase at checkout.
Processing time
Once your order has been completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed and ready for pickup by carrier within 48 business hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order leaves our premises. You will then be given a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order on the carrier's website.
- Monday through Thursday, orders placed after 8 a.m. EST will be processed the following day.
- Orders placed after 8 a.m. EST on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping terms

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete (including, for example, the apartment number).

Please note that Belfast Maple Farm and its owners are not responsible for any costs incurred in the event of an error in the delivery address provided. In such a case, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer wishes to cancel the order due to an error in the delivery address, Belfast Maple Farm and its owners will refund the total amount of the order, after deduction of any return shipping costs incurred.
- If you notice an error in the delivery address at the time of ordering and your package has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at erablierebelfast@gmail.com.
- No refunds will be made for packages delivered to the wrong location due to an error in the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery will not be made to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address.
Lost or non-received packages
Belfast Maple Farm and its owners are not responsible for packages lost during delivery. However, we are committed to helping you in the event of a problem.
Package damaged during shipping
If the package you have received has been damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail as soon as you receive it, to inform us of the damage. We will fill out the insurance form with the shipping company to replace the damaged item.
*IMPORTANT* - Be sure to include the following information in the email:
- Photos of all damaged items
- A photo of the shipping box (even if no damage is apparent)
- A photo of the shipping label
All these photos will be required by the delivery company, so it is essential that you send them to us. Damage must be reported to Belfast Maple Farm within 7 days of receipt of the package to qualify for the replacement service.
Refunds
No returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations are possible.
